Why can’t I see a download button?

<p>Some organisations let only the recipient download their document. The button then appears once you are signed in. Open the document, scroll down and click <strong>Sign in (Recipient)</strong>. Enter the address the document was sent to and click the link in the email you receive. Or click the button in the email that came with your document, and you are signed in straight away.</p>
