I haven’t received my document

<p>Your document is sent to the email address the organisation has registered for you. Look for their email, and check your spam folder too. The button in the email opens the document and signs you in straight away.</p><p>If there is no email, the organisation that issued the document decides when it is sent and to which address. Contact them and they will help you.</p>
